Bansky Art

Banksy is a pseudonymous England-based graffiti artist, political activist, film director, and painter.
His satirical street art and subversive epigrams combine dark humour with graffiti done in a distinctive stencilling technique. Such artistic works of political and social commentary have been featured on streets, walls, and bridges of cities throughout the world.

Known for his contempt for the government in labelling graffiti as vandalism, Banksy displays his art on public surfaces such as walls, even going as far as to build physical prop pieces. Banksy does not sell photos of street graffiti directly himself; however, art auctioneers have been known to attempt to sell his street art on location and leave the problem of its removal in the hands of the winning bidder

Bansky really gets into politics and other various situations with his artwork. Every piece means something mostly it means something pointed towards the gov't. I talks about child labor like the picture above. He shows cheaters like the photo above the child labor photo. He shows real life situations and expresses them well.

Me personally, I love his artwork. I love his use of paint and/or stencils. I like that he shows how life really is and or says things normal people wouldn't have the gut s to say. His artwork really makes me want to start doing that but I don't want to get in trouble and knowing my luck I would be the one getting locked up.
